Are the classes all levels?
Yes! While, our signature classes are designed to challenge you and have you sweating all session long we welcome students of all levels.
Do I have to be a really good dancer to enjoy TRILLFIT?
Nah, bih! We'll teach you everything you need to know. No dance experience is necessary, you just need to come ready to sweat and to drop it low.
Will we be twerking in class?
You bet your booty we will be.
Can guys come to TRILLFIT classes?

What's the difference between Cardio Dance & Sculpt ?
TRILLFIT’s cardio dance class that combines choreo from your favorite music videos and HIIT. Sculpt is a mat-based strength training class that focuses on corework, body weight exercises and all-over toning. Both are fast-paced and will have you working up a sweat - we suggest trying both and seeing which you like best.
When should I arrive for class?
It's best to arrive 15 minutes before class to check-in, set up your space in the studio, and chat with the instructor before class is in session.
What should I wear?
Whatever you love to sweat in! We recommend comfortable athletic clothing like leggings, booty shorts, etc.
Do all the classes play hip-hop music?
All day.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes!
What do I need to bring with me?
For all Sculpt classes please bring a mat. For Cardio Dance please wear sneakers.
What's your cancellation policy?
To give everyone a chance to experience TRILLFIT, we require a cancellation email to info@trill.fit at least 12 hours prior to the start of class. If the email is not received at least 12 hours prior to class, you will be charged a cancellation fee.
What's your return/refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on any class purchases, including single classes and class packs. However, classes expire after one year from purchase date so we will work with you to reschedule your session as best we can. Holla at the team with info@trill.fit and we'll take it from there.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do! Cop 'em for your friends here and note, gift cards ONLY apply to TRILLFIT classes. Gift cards are not valid for the purchase of brand events i.e. Brunch and Burn, Ratchet Ride, etc.
